Meet the crew
See what a day with us looks like
This is our crew, on real properties, doing the work you would be doing. Turn the sound on and take a look before you apply.
Positions
The kind of work we hire for
Openings change with the season. Apply even if you do not see an exact match, because we keep good applications on file and hire steadily through spring and summer.
Lawn Maintenance Apprentice
Mowing, edging, trimming and bed work on a set route. You will be outside all day with the same crew, learning the trade from people who do it well, and we expect properties to look finished when you leave.
Landscape Installation Apprentice
Planting, sod, grading, pine straw and hardscape work. This is the build side, where projects change week to week and craftsmanship shows.
Crew Leader
Running a crew, managing the schedule for the day and talking with customers on site. This is the path for someone who already leads whether or not they hold the title.
Why here
What working here is actually like
Character first
Skills can be taught. Showing up on time, telling the truth and treating a customer's property with respect cannot.
Real training
You will learn plant material, equipment, irrigation and hardscape from people doing the work beside you rather than from a binder.
Room to grow
Several people on our team started on a mower and now lead crews. We would rather promote from inside than hire a stranger.
Work you can point at
At the end of a day you can stand in a yard and see what you built. That is worth something.
