This policy explains what information Growing Green Landscapes collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about anything here, email us at office@growinggreenlandscapes.com.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us directly, which usually means your name, phone number, email address, property address and a description of the work you want done. That information comes to us when you book an appointment, call the office, send an email or use the Project Estimator.
We also receive basic technical information that any website receives, such as your browser type, the pages you visited and the general region you visited from. This helps us understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you, schedule and complete work, send estimates and invoices, and follow up about service. We may contact you about your project by phone, text or email using the contact details you gave us.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our customer list.
Service providers
Some parts of this site rely on third party services. Appointment scheduling is handled through Calendly, maps are provided by Google, and video is hosted by YouTube. When you use those features, those companies receive information according to their own privacy policies. We also use business software for estimating, invoicing and payment processing, and those providers receive only what they need to do that work.
Cookies
This site and the third party tools embedded in it may use cookies to remember preferences and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some embedded features may not work as expected if you do.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about scheduling, arrival times and service questions. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number.
Photos of your property
We photograph completed work and sometimes use those photos on our website and social media. We do not publish addresses or customer names with project photos. If you would rather we not photograph your property at all, tell us and we will note it on your account.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email office@growinggreenlandscapes.com or call (205) 537-8647 and we will take care of it. We may need to keep records tied to completed work and payments as required by law.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging services for a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
