These terms apply to your use of this website and to information you receive through it. The work we perform for you is governed by the written proposal or service agreement you sign with Growing Green Landscapes, and that document controls if anything here conflicts with it.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our services, request an estimate and schedule an appointment. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Project Estimator ranges are not quotes
The Project Estimator on this site produces placeholder estimated cost ranges only. Those numbers are not quotes, estimates, proposals or offers, and we are not bound by them. Pricing for your property comes only from a written proposal issued after we have visited the site.
Estimates and scheduling
Written proposals are valid for the period stated on the proposal. Material prices and availability can change, and if that affects your project we will tell you before we proceed. Appointment times booked through this site are confirmed by us, and weather can move outdoor work.
Recurring services
Recurring maintenance runs on the frequency and scope described in your service agreement. Visits can shift for weather or holidays. Either of us can end recurring service according to the notice period in that agreement.
Plant material and living things
Plants, sod and seed are living material, and their health depends on watering, weather and site conditions after installation. Any warranty on plant material is stated in your proposal. Following the watering instructions we give you at the end of a project matters for that coverage.
Property access and utilities
You agree to give our crews reasonable access to the property on scheduled days and to tell us about anything buried on the site that a public utility locate would not mark, such as private irrigation lines, invisible pet fencing, low voltage lighting or septic components.
Photos and content
The text, photos and layout on this site belong to Growing Green Landscapes unless noted otherwise. Please do not reuse them without permission. We photograph completed work and may use those photos in marketing without publishing customer names or addresses.
Third party features
This site embeds scheduling, map and video tools operated by other companies. Those features are subject to the terms of the companies that provide them, and we do not control their availability.
Site information
We work to keep this site accurate, but descriptions of services and service areas are general and may change. Nothing on this site creates a contract by itself.
